Get Ready for New Positive Pay Features Coming Soon

Dear Positive Pay Customer,

We're upgrading your Positive Pay service to include additional fraud protection measures, giving you even more peace of mind. You’ll notice new features like: bulk decisioning options, enhanced payee matching, and descriptions for why an exception is flagged.  Here's a detailed timeline of what you can expect: 

Improvements coming January 29:

• A new “Pay All/Return All” option on your Exception Review processing page.
• Exceptions will provide more detailed explanations why the item was flagged.
• If payee match is enabled (Check Positive Pay customers), issued check files must be uploaded with payee information.  If not included, the file will reject and need to be updated.  Please contact Business Support if this occurs.

After February 11: 

• Your service will be fully enhanced with improved OCR technology and more granular file file/check mapping options to improve exception review. 

Both of these upgrades will be automatically added and will require no action on your part.
